Payments Processing Specialist

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our team is growing and we are looking for suitable candidate ideally with banking back round, understanding of payment products/processes to perform following:

  • Processing of domestic and international payments received via different channels within agreed Cut of Times for multiple European countries,
  • Daily monitoring and checks to ensure completeness of the payment processing, checking the number of the received and processed payments,
  • Communication with clients from different branches within ING International Network and Head Office,
  • Distinguishing between different approaches regarding processing instructions according to the involved countries,
  • Monitoring and controlling of processed data and correct information within the systems and
  • Providing knowledge and procedures to deliver contracted services to the clients.
