Job description, responsibilities and duties

* development and implementation of business plans securing that the optimal opportunities and limitations from a supply chain perspective are integrated
* responsible for the availability of all components & raw materials
* responsible for the global total stock levels within set capacity frames, with well-balanced capital tie up and optimal stock structure, i.e. balance between demand and need
* responsible for the demand and/or need planning process
* responsible for communication throughout the planning and supplying process
* responsible to secure and continuously improve the supplying functions goals
* develop and lead the implementation of the decided supply and logistical action plans
* people leadership (recruitment, retention, performance & development, comp & ben, work conditions and cost centre responsibility)
