Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Technical Support is responsible of the technical-commercial relationship with the clients, in accordance with the commercial strategy defined by ArcelorMittal. He/She acts as a front office for all technical problems (development, assistance, claim management, cost saving activities, value creation proposals, …) to support our commercial policy.
He/She supports our industrial organization by relaying the quality issues to our production facilities mills and explaining them all necessary technical requirements of the customer.
In addition to this, He/She works in close contact with the customer's engineering department and material experts. In that sense, He/She can influence material usage decisions at the client side and report inside ArcelorMittal the evolutions of customer needs.

Personality requirements and skills

English and Slovak ( Czech ) languages are mandatory, German are serious assets.
Ability to work in transversal organizations across ArcelorMittal is mandatory.
High level of autonomy but also a good team player.
Acute sense of human and commercial relationships.
