who are we looking for

The Inside Sales Support Representative will have strong customer centric approach, teaming skills and good time management skills. Also, this candidate needs to be able to manage priorities and demonstrates a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution. Other requirements included:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Strong written and verbal English
• Spanish language is a plus
• Additional European language skills are an advantage
• At least 2-3 years experience in back office, customer support or sales support roles
• Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc)
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Facilitation and collaboration skills
• Must be a team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented
• Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities

what will you do

Inside Sales Support representative will play a key role in supporting our sales teams across EMEA and optimizing our services sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for the high level tasks of contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages for Lenovo Data Center Group EMEA (DCG).
This Sales Support team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process and increase the customer satisfaction.

The team will interact with Sales teams (40%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management - 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (40%).
