At least 3 years of experience in the area of human resources
University education - in human resources, psychology or business administration or any similar field
Labour Code knowledge skills and its application
Outstanding customer service and consultancy skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in Slovak and English Language)
Logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
Orientation to detail, profesionalism
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong time management and priorities management skills
Team Player
Advanced knowledge of variety required HR processes, policies & procedures etc.
Ability to initiate changes/improvements in workflows
Experienced in creating documents that correspond to processes and workflows

Personality requirements and skills

Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit in people management agenda to help with any unresolved topics
Builds a strong business relationship with the respective teams and transfers HR requests and solutions to/from the business teams
Possesses a deep knowledge of the business itself, key employees and business processes in order to facilitate changes and implement HR processes
Consults and proposes decisions in HR related topics in line with HR strategy, budget, internal policies and priorities of the business teams
Conducts Exit Interviews in order to capture the reasons and motivation behind the employment termination
Assists, or supports bigger projects or teams responsible to meet objectives of the whole HR department
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Manages and supports in collaboration with marketing all HR related internal and external communications
Cooperates in identification and preparation of development plans for the key employees and high potential employees in close collaboration with L&D
Identifies employees in close collaboration with business managers ready for the promotion across different functions in the organization
Designs career and succession plans for key talents and other job positions to ensure employee retention
