Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Supplier Account Manager is the main point of contact with our supplier customers. The main purpose of the job is to convert prospects into new customers and provide professional and efficient account management support to assigned porftolio of suppliers.

Your daily duties will consist of:
- sell a range of Achilles products & services to pre-selected customers,
- contribute to monthly quarterly and annual sales team objectives,
- onboard new suppliers,
- build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions,
- proactively review customers' accounts, to advise how the customer can achieve more visibility and value from working with us,
- work and learn from experienced Account Managers to follow up buyer-sponsored campaigns,
- making outgoing calls and responding to incoming queries in a timely fashion,
- work with Data Validation to highlight any missing or incomplete information submitted within Supplier questionnaires, and support suppliers to resolve issues,
- update and maintain customer details and account records using in-house applications,
- propose process improvements and contribute to optimization of internal processes.
