Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the position your key responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare customer reports (fleet reviews, ad hoc reports) and discuss them with the Account Manager to be able to prepare customer tailored solution
  • Assist with projects as needed based on customers'requirements
  • Support of controlling team - preparation of monthly activity indicators
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with
company rules and guidelines
  • Responsible for complaint management, preparation of complaint reports
  • Prepare supplier analyses and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement
