Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you fluent in English and Russian language? Do you like communication with people and want to start your career in international company ? Send us your CV!

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Help customers solve their requests in Russian and English language
• Deal with them either by telephone, emails or social media
• Analyse the customer request and provide solution and advice on company services
• Cooperate with company merchants to provide guidelines
• Communication with other departments (Payments, Security, Processing) and local Office Managers to investigate the status of tax refund
• Keeping records of customer interactions and contacts
• Researching required information using available resources
• Following-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Identifying and escalating priority issues
• Recommending processes improvements
