In the light of further plant expansion and growth, we are looking for Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job scope:
- cooperation with General Manager on execution of actual strategy and creation of the future strategy, plan and policies
- managing, leading and delegation of tasks of respective area of company
- cooperation on managing financial resources of company
- tracking and review of operational results of company against targets set
- maintaining effective system of communication with all division employees
- back-up of General Manager during his absence
- signing of documents based on position of authorized signatory ("prokurista")

- knowledge of World Class Manufacturing concepts and modern manufacturing and quality processes
- at least 5 years experience in production site in automotive
- international experience as advantage
- ability to lead management team both in operational and strategic area
- ability to make manager´s decision and to bear responbility for consequences
- ability to manage the conflict and to convince the audience
- knowledge of financial tools in corporation
- knowledge of analysis and problem solving tools
