Working as a Customer care Specialist you will have a chance to become a part of the quickly growing Helpdesk team, here in Bratislava, Slovakia. Together we will provide the best possible support to customers of our internal products. If you are up for new challenges, you are a customer-oriented, patient person with good communication skills and fluent in English and German this role may be something for you!

The 2nd level Helpdesk Specialist will be primarily responsible for telephone and email customer care. You will be dealing with different user issues such as disturbances, inquiries, and complaints.
If an immediate problem to a solution is not possible, the problem must be described in detail in a ticket system, so that the solution can be worked out directly by the appropriate department. An ideal candidate should be skilled to look at a database and fix the problem.
Because the levels of support are not traditionally fixed at PDI, you will have a chance to grow with us and quickly develop your skillset!

Areas of Responsibility
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
· Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
· Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
· Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
· Follow-up and update customer status and information
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of the support department

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)andGerman - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

· Experience working in IT Support or other customer support role
· Tech savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft´s office products, databases and remote control
· Ability to explain complex solutions to the customer in an understandable way
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
· Since the inquiries are usually disturbance reports and complaints, a high level of stress resistance is also required
· A quick grasp and a very good verbal and written expression in English and German language (mandatory)
· Experience with SQL beneficial
· Experience with Salesforce Incident Management application beneficial
