Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being the owner of Clubcard digital for CE - MCA, smartphone App/Web,
• Owning Clubcard prioritization list driving ongoing cooperation with developing
teams: Digital, CE IT, Group Digital Product, Storeline and other stakeholders;
• Updating the priorities list as per scheme proposition upgrades;
• Creating detailed briefs working with insight data, expressing CE customers'
needs navigating developing teams in the right direction;
• Heading CC digital developments NWTs with internal & external stakeholders;
• Responsible to manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing,
mass production, promotion and supporting Clubcard products - application,
• Directly managing budget up to 200k GBP, influencing customers retention &
sales growth by bringing innovative marketing solutions
• Creating and managing risk mitigation and issue resolution plan for
deployment of Clubcard digital applications;
• Ensure QA Compliance and Stakeholder management by providing accurate
status reports;
• Owning reporting for MCA & APP,
• Cooperating with HSC and UK Digital Team on MCA improvements,
maintenance and change requests connected with Clubcard;
• Cooperating with Digital team on digital customer portfolio and CC digital
campaign improvement;
• Cooperating with Dunnhumby on digital campaigns evaluations;
• Cooperating with other Clubcard representatives on planning or executing the
campaigns across CE;
• Ensuring execution of planned digital activities and agreed projects, by
coordinating end-to-end process together with preparing final information and
execution pack for Operational Stream;
• Ongoing absorbing, collecting and prioritizing input from multiple sources and
coming up with Clubcard product solutions that drive business goals;
• Actively monitor digital activities in CE market and across the world;
• Constantly improve digital marketing knowledge;
• Engage in and support ad hoc projects as per CE Loyalty manager's request;
