Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Communication with candidates regarding the status of current positions, new assignments, organization of job interviews
• Maintaining customer relationships in the assigned region
• Active search for candidates for higher - level positions through internal and external databases
• Daily communication in English with customers and candidates (verbal and written form) • Conducting interviews with candidates
• Advertising and updating job opportunities on social media
• Organization of job interviews
• Creating candidate profiles
• Reporting of activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• Experience on similar positions of Recruiter / Researcher is an advantage
• English is a must - excellent B2 or higher - on independent communication level
• Experience with sourcing on social media is welcome (LinkedIn, Profesia)
