Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with focus on commercial contracts in international business (banking / card payment industry - IT), including legal agenda connected to commercial registry and other state institutions. The hired candidate is to provide legal support to management and other departments, especially HR and to ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks.

Main responsibilities of our new colleague would be:
- actively managing the contractual process with both our clients and suppliers
- preparing and reviewing the commercial contracts and any other legal documents (mainly in the area of business and labor law)
- providing support in negotiation of the contracts, assisting and advising in various business activities
- ensuring compliance of the contractual documents with company/group policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- maintaining certain internal guidelines
- acting as an advisor to management in the legal area
- providing legal advisory to the HR department with focus on labor law
- managing company´s legal documentation and procedures towards state institutions and mother company
- executing necessary precautions in order to protect company from any legal risks
- monitoring legal changes, analyzing the impact on company business and proposing measures and solutions

Wage (gross)

2 200 EUR/monthmin. 2 200 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements for the position:
- University degree in law
- 5+ years of experience in the area of international business law
- experience in working in international environment, corporate area is a must (especially IT/card payment area is a strong advantage)
- experience in managing contractual process, preparing commercial contracts
- basic overview of labor law
- knowledge of GDPR are is a huge advantage
- proficiency in English (spoken, written)
- MS Office - user level
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Independent, responsible and reliable person
- Detail oriented and results driven
- Solution oriented, proactive
