Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of an Implementation Specialist is based on communications with important corporate clients and implementation of their needs in the OrderLord application. If you have strong communication skills in English, you're passionate about technology, driven by helping others and you are self-reliant individual with good organizational skills, we may be looking for you.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding restaurant chains with hundreds of locations, setting up the OrderLord applications for them, creating implementation plans and training materials and ensuring an overall successful launch. The role also entails close cooperation with IT developers, the translation of clients' needs into the IT world, and the execution of UAT software tests on web-based, Android and iPhone applications.

- experience as a Project Manager or Project Team Member
- having good communication and language skills
- experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools (Trello, Jira), Postman
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
- technical understanding of applications, how functionalities are linked
- risk-awareness so that you can evaluate the problems occurring during the implementation
- a drive to take initiatives and improve the applications and processes
- curiosity and braveness to ask challenging questions
- team player and willingness to help your colleagues in need
- and last but not least a sense of optimism to see good intentions in people on the other side of the communication channel, because despite of the tech environment, we are still all humans.
