What you will do

The Customer Support specialist is accountable for offering assistance to internal customers via phone or emails for purchasing and master data management information tools. How you will do it

• Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to using of tools for purchase order requisition, goods receipt and master data management
Provide support to clients who are based in Belgium
• Analyze queries and provide satisfactory explanation and solutions to customer questions and concerns to gain their confidence
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation that will boost level of productivity and enhance excellence in communication in order to exceed customers expactations
• Provide training to new users of purchasing and master data management information tools
• Gain feedback form internal customers
• Record, track and archive all queries from receiving to conclusion
• Provide general support as required, ensuring complete sensitivity and confidentiality be applied at all times
• Communication with customers in English and Dutch language

Your application will be considered if you can evidence the below basic skills and experience:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required
• 2 years experiences in Procurement
• Fluent English and Dutch in written and spoken form is a must
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is sizeable advantage
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions
• Adaptability to a changing role with potential to identify areas of improvement in our processes
• Process orientation and customer service focus
• Ability to work from home
