Job description, responsibilities and duties

The CRM & Data Specialist is responsible to maintain and cooperate in developing company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

He/she is responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function. Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks. The candidate is responsible for database management, monitoring of CRM usage, CRM reporting, training. The candidate supports in development of new functionalities within the company's CRM system and potential interfaces with other systems. Closely cooperates with the CRM international team. The candidate is responsible for database management, monitoring of CRM usage, CRM reporting, respective training. The candidate supports Customer Unit Leads, Customer Solution Managers, Sales Managers, Sales representatives and other colleagues in effective usage of CRM system. The candidate must have or gain an in-depth understanding not only of the CRM software, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the CRM system. He/she will additionally assist in business process improvement activities that are identified via surveys, customer feedback, and other issues as they arise, including assisting Business Operations Lead with reporting and metrics.

CRM & Data Specialist is the business partner for local BCMs with business intelligence, advanced data analytics and customer insights. He/she will work closely with the X-Functional Teams Business Units, Commercial Channels and Business Practices and other HH functions and you will build the analytical and digital capabilities and drive the implementation of our digital transformation using strong analytical skills.

The role is part of the Digital Operations and Data Team driving the analytical savviness across the company's Slovak Human Health division.

The tasks of CRM & Data Specialist will include
• Market data analysis for brand/portfolio strategies & financial planning purposes
• Data modelling and data integration managing required Internal Systems
• CRM maintenance (incl. user management, user support and troubleshooting)
• Agile methodology and prescriptive analytics
• Execute on the analytical transformation and implementation of BI tools
• Support our Company SK HH organizations with various data and ad-hoc analysis

Preferably: IT, IS, Engineering, Econimics, Management

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Strong team player with leading by example & being open minded
• University degree from accredited university and experience in the area of data analytics and digital transformation preferably in an international company or a consultancy
• Strong desire to reach results while observing the high company's ethical standards and with flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent skills working in MS-Office, SPSS and Google analytics
• Experience of building and implementing BI tools for large corporations, data integration, data management & visualization
• Roll out dashboards (Veeva, X-Power, Google Analytics, etc)
