Are you an experienced customer service specialist with ability to solve the most complex issues and escallations? Are you highly stress resistant? Is "looking for a new challenge" more than just an empty phrase for you?

On behalf of our client - multinational company providing high quality service for clients in Europe, we are looking for an Expert, who will be:

- providing high quality customer service
- dealing with the most complex a difficult customer issues
- serving as an escallation point for the whole team of customer service agents (juniors and seniors)
- communicating with vendors, suppliers, accounting department, managers and customers
- working within a large amount of data and resources (Excel based)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
