Information about the position

What will you be in charge of?

We're looking for a Head of Accounting who is strategically and operationally minded and is experienced people manager.

We are looking for a Head of Accounting to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Head of Accounting responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
This role will involve partnership with business leaders across BBG as well as external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication will be expected, as will the ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines.

Your responsibilities will be:
  • To oversee our Accounting department (approx. 10 people)
  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Project Management within Accounting department - implementation of SAP
  • Monthly / weekly reporting
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
  • Recommend updates to and implement all approved business policies and accounting practices
  • Provide financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information
  • Close cooperation with our CFO and C-level management
