Job description, responsibilities and duties

PwC Slovakia is not just about audit, tax and consulting. Technologies became part of our daily life. Huge part of our business is our technology department. Our team is more than 60 IT specialists with various technical backgrounds. We have experts in BPM, AI, RPA, SAP and QA. On site we also have business analysts and UX designers. We have the resources to undertake end-to-end project development.

In our technology team we are growing internationally. We have projects across the world in countries like the USA, Germany, Canada, Bahrain, Netherlands, and others.

We bring modern technologies into various industries - banking and insurance, public sector, utilities, telecommunications. For our client we provide a huge range of services from strategy, business analysis, functional designs to system integration, business cutover, migration and test management activities.

Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst who would join our international team and help us drive the business.

Being an IT Business Analyst developer at PwC involves:
  • being the bridge between our technology teams and the client;
  • acting as an information source and communicator between developers and client;
  • gathering and mapping business requirements, processes and objectives;
  • analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
  • communicate with client about development of necessary system modifications to satisfy business needs;
  • preparing reports, presentations on application development and implementation;

Personality requirements and skills

Technical skills:
  • PowerPoint, Excel experience (Visio, Aris - advantage)
  • experience with mapping and implementation of processes is highly preferable

Other required skills:
  • university degree (IT, technical or business background);
  • strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills (German B2 /C1 and English B2)
  • previous experience from consulting company (nice to have)
  • creative approach to problem solving
  • ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
  • attention to detail
