Join our exciting and new Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bratislava, Slovakia. This specialized, innovative and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Security Analyst, Incident Response you'll focus on cyber security incident response. Be the escalation point for incidents in which analysts and junior analysts do not have the skills to handle appropriately. Selected candidate will lead program functions within a high-performance dynamic environment and required to adjust priorities of work based on changing operational needs and the evolving threat horizon.

Responsibilities
• Apply documented methodology to ensure consistent response to cyber security incidents in order to minimize business impact
• Oversee day to day activities of analysts and junior analysts
• Provide strong subject matter expertise in the delivery of incident response and provide guidance to analysts and junior analysts on incidents which they do not possess the skills to appropriately investigate or manage
• Develop, manage, and maintain information security standards, processes, and guidelines
• Manage the collection and management of information security operations metrics and measures
• Ensure team delivers high quality outcomes and timely service delivery
• Mentor less senior information security and risk resources (i.e., Analyst & Junior Analyst)
• Lead administration, testing, and remediation (including RCA) of security controls
• Partner with business teams to effectively predict, protect, and respond to security threats
• Lead research and evaluation of new security technologies, processes, and methodologies

Skills and Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or the equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience
• Industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, ISACA or equivalent
• 5+ years of work experience delivering information security operations
• Significant experience working on a team to effectively respond to large scale / complex requests
• Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, and verbal / written communication
• Strong knowledge of system operations, networking, and devices
• Quickly adapts to changing events, reprioritizing efforts, and realign resources as needed
• Willingness to be on-call, work non-standard hours, and travel (up to 15%) when required
• Experience working in high stress and ambiguous environments
• Fluent in the English language

Preferred
• Master's degree
• Experience deploying / managing global industry leading security solutions, platforms, and technologies
• Significant experience working independently to manage and effectively respond to security requests
• Demonstrated experience developing & maintaining operations playbooks, run books, and performance measures
• Strong knowledge of information security leading practices and techniques
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and log formats
• Effective time, prioritization, and workload management skills
• Experience working in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11)
• Experience working within a global or multi-tiered organization
