Main responsibilities

  • Co-develop and deploy the omnichannel commercial strategy & market plan
  • Drive and develop the account& channel plan in line with the commercialization strategy and market plan
  • Lead or be actively involved in commercial projects on a market/cluster level
  • Manage & develop relationships with key business partners;
  • Fully responsible for the deployment of the channel strategy
  • Co-create commercial programs; Lead the implementation of commercial programs & responsible for performance management and financial effectiveness
  • Commercial effectiveness
  • Effective budget allocation - to drive implementation of strategic priorities & plans
  • Develop business reporting with account and key internal stakeholders

Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 2.460€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Coming from a managerial background
  • 5+ years Key Account experience or any other relevant commercial experience
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Project management with ability to lead projects
  • Experience with managing others
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven track record
  • Adaptability, ability to motivate a team, able to build strong relationships
  • English language- proficient written and oral skills
  • Drive for success
