What you will do

Credit Analyst is the right position for you if you would like to take over the role that is close to business and finance. In our Business Centre this position belongs to Order-To-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for credit risk evaluation and reviewing and setting up credit limits, review of customers credibility. The credit analyst ensures that while supporting additional sales, the company assets will be protected by following the credit policy. In addition, the credit policy also provides alternative payment requirements for customers, who do not qualify for an open credit account.

How you will do it:

  • Reviews all new customers requesting an open account and will determine what terms and credit line they will be offered
  • Performs credit line review for all customers at least every 6 months
  • Evaluates the credit worthiness of customers respective to the country/region which they support, perform order, service and delivery holds and un-holds and inform Sales and Operations teams
  • Validates all necessary documentation and customer information needed to perform a thorough credit evaluation
  • Selects an established Credit Rating Provider (such as Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax, etc.) that is used for conducting credit evaluations
  • Recommends parameters on establishing customer credit to Sales / Operations based on the findings of the customer credit evaluation. Establishes a credit limit or assigns a credit status in the customer master consistent with the findings from customer credit evaluations
  • Build a strong relationship and rapport with Finance, Operation and Collections across the Europe
  • Monitor deviations from standard credit and payment terms, Secure transparent principles in the credit limit processes
  • Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly analysis by entities

What we look for:

  • Fluent English in both spoken & written form and other European language
  • Fluent Spanish in both spoken & written form
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Goal-driven performance - a person who is passionate about understanding of internal process
  • University education with financial/ economic background (or experience) is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity & emotional maturity
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • PowerBI is welcome

Starting from 1150 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience.
