Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Commercial & Technical Support Representative responsibility is to support the growth of Gutor service sales in the HQ area and to provide commercial & technical support to SSR and customers.
This person will work closely with SSRs, end users as well as service partners and other departments in the Service Centre.
He/she is responsible of developing and executing the defined action plans to secure the services business, right support and follow-up of certain projects.
He/she reports regularly, through monthly exchanges, to the HQ SC Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyse the incomming RFQ - technical and administrative requirements, by mail and in Ariba system
• Prepare technical and financial service offers, according to the pricing policy and existing processes
• Define the technical replacement of obsolete parts with concerned departements
• Monitor and handle the incoming orders (Handover, Certificates, specific documents)
• Communicate with clients (mail, phone, meetings) and clarify the technical/commerical issues
• Work as a team member with SSR, the technical support team and other departments of Gutor to ensure the right level of services execution
• Update on regular basis the CRM systems and dedicated Database (high quality of data)
• Achieve yearly service targets and develop new services business opportunities

SECONDARY DUTIES:
• Apply company strategies, processes and key performance indicators (KPI's) to achieve the targets defined
• Flexibility to travel (maximum 5% of time)
• Support the recovery of overdue payments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (HTL, FH)
• Sales education or experience

EXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:
• Minimum 3 years. Background from technical experience
• Working with data bases and basic analytical tools

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS -REQUIRED:
• Solid technical background in power and power electronics
• Excellent communication skills
• Autonomous work attitude, organizational skills
• Strong problem solving ability
• Proficiency in computer application usage (familiarity with MS Office & CRM Tools)
• Fluent in English. Other languages are welcome.
• Driven by customer satisfaction
