Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you enjoy talking in English? Would you like to be paid for doing so? Then become a customer service agent for the NORTH-AMERICAN customers.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Helping our international customers with their requests
- Building perfect relationships with your customers
- Using your expert knowledge about our products to solve every problem seamlessly (You will get a great AWARD-WINNING TRAINING)
- Working time from 11.00 am - 8.00 am (first shift starts at 11.00 am and finishes at 7.30 pm - 8-hour shift rotation plus meal break)
- Also weekend shifts with fantastic uplifts (Saturday - 50% uplift per hour, Sunday - 100% uplift per hour)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Ability to work in an international environment
