Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Processing of incoming invoices for various Shiji entities in EU & UK region (monitoring of E-mail inboxes and processing into the internal approval work flow)
• Support in processing of incoming travel expense reports (review for completeness and correctness)
• Assistance with creation of internal purchase orders (SAAS Licenses) for various entities in EU & UK region and other logistics back-office tasks as needed
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and adjust to changes
• General knowledge of computer software and/or accounting systems; and ability to effectively use them to increase efficiency at work
• (nice to have) Understanding of basic accounting principles and/or coordinating logistics
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• English - spoken and written advanced level
