SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you would be a part of a dynamic team that engages with clients to bring them deep industry expertise. Core Responsibilities and Tasks:

The role requires the capacity to understand client's business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offerings.

At least 1 year of experience as SuccessFactors Consultant
Experience leading global/multi-country rollouts and implementations
Experience running workshops
Understanding new business strategies providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies
Working with the business users from all regions to define the scope and gather business requirements
Testing and rollout of the final product
Ability to work independently
