Procurement Coordinator / Specialist

What will your responsibilities be?

Responsible to follow processes, report logs and e-files related to Purchasing department purchase orders. Works closely with internal customers to resolve issues with forms and requests for a change of supplier's data or prices in SAP or other ERP systems.
Validates received requests for administration of direct purchase orders, review data accuracy and compliance with department procedures.
Takes action as appropriate to correct and update data or identify problem cases
Analyze data on regular basis in order to ensure data compliance with business requirements.
Prepare reports out of the system and their analysis based on Management requirements
Archive documentation for Audit purposes.
Interfaces with internal and external auditors regarding proper documentation of Purchase order maintenance and information subjected to audit.
Provides backup coverage for the other Procurement coordinators in their absence.
Archives and maintains files and records related to departmental procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Cooperates with other departments like Finance, Accounts Payable, HR, Direct Purchasing, Indirect Purchasing etc.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

University Degree, or equivalent through experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Language skills: fluent English
Team player and intercultural skills
Logical skills and strong data analysis capability
Position is suitable for fresh graduate

As an advantage:

Some experience with administration, data validation and processing
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
Good knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel
Project work related to data consolidation or other
