Accountant Clerk - AP Scanning & Validation


Job responsibilities:


Overall responsibility for initial invoice handling, including

Sorting and scanning of incoming invoices
Validation and quality check of scanned invoices
Archiving of invoice batches
Preparing and sending rejection letters to suppliers
Solving urgent requests from suppliers, production plants and other departments

Job requirements:

Secondary education with school-leaving examination
English language B1/B2
No prior job experience required, internal promotion possible
General accounting knowledge
SAP knowledge and technical skills are advantage
Team-player, detail-oriented, precise

What we offer:

Base gross monthly salary starting from 950 EUR. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert
