We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to join our team! You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy for ESET.
You and your team will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You will utilize a data-driven approach to help analyze and adjust our strategies to execute against the long-term strategic plans developed in partnership with our business leaders.

Job responsibilities:

- Develop a sustainable global talent acquisition, employer branding and hiring strategies
- Define and develop talent attraction programs and innovative approaches and tools to enhance the recruiting process
- Design, plan and execute global employer branding strategy & activities in order to increase brand awareness in the job market and position of ESET as an employer of choice
- Encourage & advocate employees to be brand ambassadors & strengthen the ESET Employer Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally
- Promote the employee referral programs within ESET
- Design, plan and execute selection processes for a specific job positions
- Perform candidate surveys and generate insights and action the necessary improvements
- Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process
- Cooperate with other Talent Acquisition team members and other colleagues from People subdivision to share knowledge, best practices and resources
- Determine & drive recruiting KPIs, create and present KPI reports to CHRO and top management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a TA/Employer Branding Manager & overall 10 years of HR experience
- Expert knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Expertise in a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
deep understanding of recruiting KPI's, reporting, and necessary analytics
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong consulting skills, ability to negotiate, but also the ability and willingness to achieve a win-win situation
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues and opportunities
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills


Brief description of the company

The beginnings of ESET date back to 1987, when two young programming enthusiasts, Peter Paško and Miroslav Trnka, wrote a program for the detection of one of the world's first computer viruses. They did not know that they had created one of the most successful antivirus programs in the world - dubbing it NOD. In 1992, together with their mutual friend Rudolf Hrubý, they formally established ESET.

What started as the brainchild of a few friends has evolved into the most valuable international brand of any Slovak company. Today ESET's NOD32 technology protects over 100 million users across the world.

This success did not come overnight. The company's global success and growth was given a boost in 1998 with its first "VB100" award from the prestigious Virus Bulletin magazine. Since then, we've received this accolade more than 100 times.
