Senior Employer Branding Specialist (all genders)

What to do:

• Drive the localization of Erste Digital employer branding strategy and value proposition
• Propose initiatives to further define and differentiate our brand and positioning on the market
• Develop a content strategy, create candidate persona maps and targeted messaging toolkits to enhance outreach with authentic stories and brand narratives
• Build and maintain marketing campaigns from conception to implementation as well as define measurements and success criteria for the campaigns
• Drive monthly business analysis and updates to review campaign performances and marketing ROI
• Partner with the recruitment team to lead participation in relevant events and create targeted recruitment campaigns
• Pursue external partnerships to expand touchpoints with prospective talent pools

You check these boxes:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of employer branding methodology and the most efficient practices with focus on SK and CEE markets
• Insights to recruitment marketing, talent acquisition tactics and candidate journey
• Proven experience building content and setting up campaigns on various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Conceptual and strategic thinking
• Ability to nurture relationships across the business
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 2 500 gross per month.
