Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Having full responsibility for management of sales activities in the segment of OTC pharma products
• Developing and executing sales strategy and plans, including regular revision of customer and territory segmentation
• Ensuring fulfillment of set sales plan, following the approved budget
• Leveraging internal and external resources to maximize sustainable sales growth and profitability
• Coordinating distribution via multiple sales channels
• Managing and developing key customer relationships; leading regular business negotations
• Driving implementation of marketing strategy and activities
• Leading, evaluating and coaching the Sales Team; supporting, ensuring training and setting up motivation for Sales Representatives
• Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
• Participating in international meetings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• Strong sales background in OTC pharma business, proven track in a Sales Manager and/or a Senior Key Account Manager position
• Previous professional experience from the FMCG area
• Experience with management of a sales team
• Active knowledge of English language
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills
• Initiative and goal-oriented
• Customer and brand focused
• Assertive and direct
• Ability to multitask
