Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Work from the office in Bratislava or Nítra
• Interacting with external accounting company
• Communication with tenants
• Approving incoming invoices (first level)
• Booking incoming invoices
• Controlling incoming invoices (accuracy of incoming invoices - date of service, due date, tax rate, amount, etc.)
• Accessing bank applications, downloading digital and pdf statements
• Importing bank statement to ERP
• Booking bank statements
• Conducting clearing of payables, receivables
• Conducting reconciliation with debtors, creditors
• All activities related to the accounts payable including processing payments
• Reporting to international CFO
• Interacting with external accounting company
• Communication with tenants
