Flex Labor Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Flexible Labor Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing flexible labor agencies in line with company standards and in cooperation with legal and procurement departments.

- You will act as an expert in pricing, contractual terms and legal requirements with regards to flexible labor agencies,
- You will establish close and effective relationship with business stakeholders to ensure actual and future understanding of flexible resource demand and service quality of operations,
- You will ensure that flexible labor agencies deliver workforce in required quality and quantity to business units at all times.,
- You will establish close and effective relationship with the preferred flexible labor agencies: conduct regular meetings with suppliers for all DHL sites; manage the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs); ensure suppliers follow standard processes and tools to deliver temporary workers,
- You will support sourcing process (tenders) of local temporary agency provider portfolio in line with the policies and support of Global Procurement,
- You will be responsible for negotiating and closing frame agreements as well as managing, adapting and maintaining flexible labor agency agreements in line with company standards and policies and in cooperation with legal and procurement departments,
- You will be responsible for rate re-calculations and amendments connected to preselected flex labor agencies, with support of legal and procurement department,
- You will ensure that KPIs for flexible labor management are reported regularly and according to the frame agreements,
- You will regularly conduct risk assessment of flexible labor agencies with regards to the delivery of agreed contractual terms; Monitor and adjust key performance indicators of flexible labor agencies in line with changing business requirements at all times.
