Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for the following activities across the region:

- Contract management, evidence and providing of all legal documents related to company
- Providing support to all other departments to create baseline for their smooth operations and help to keep the working area in tidy manner with necessary working equipment and all supplies
- Management of the vendor relationship for office services, including negotiating and maintaining relationships
- Management of reception - lead and train administrative assistants in office management procedures and schedule on-the-job mentoring with multiple departments and handle the reception agenda - visitors, meeting rooms calendars, coordination the daily support, communication with employees
- coordination processes related to office management like ordering office supplies, courier services management and company post, company insurance etc.
- Executive assistance tasks - calendar & travel management, correspondence preparation, point of contact for internal & external team, clients and visitors
