Job description, responsibilities and duties

Overview

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking to advance their career through helping protect a key player of the MedTech market. As a Cybersecurity Specialist for Identity and Access Management, you will participate in the development of IAM strategy to ensure it remains aligned with business needs while maintaining the lowest risk exposure for Healthineers by fulfilling the security policies and relevant regulations. You will be part of an expert team to improve identity governance processes, user account lifecycle and authentication and authorization capabilities.


Tasks and Responsibilities

The position will bring a mix of the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Represents Cybersecurity Operations in the development and implementation of the overall global company IAM initiative.
  • Institutionalizes secure IAM practice through training and on-going knowledge transfer.
  • Interacts with Business, Regional and IT stakeholders to expose the IAM strategy and the direction, with its alignment with Risk reduction and Regulation requirements.
  • Contributes to strategic discussions and partners to determine IAM implementations and changes. Works with Business stakeholders to define and execute IAM business requirements.
  • Helps on developing and executing the strategy for Identity and Access Management to support a complex company.
  • Translates Directives and Security Policy into specific and detailed Controls for the technical teams.
  • Overviews and ensures that the implemented IAM processes and tools continue to meet the needs of the company as well as the security requirements.
  • Reviews current IAM implementation and processes to identify gaps and proposes improvements in user provisioning, user access management, streamline IAM business processes, and ensures the compliance of Healthineers' Security Policy.
  • Performs significant event reviews when AIM is a root cause or relevant component.
  • Enhances Healthineers' Privilege Access Management (PAM) capabilities.


Qualifications

Knowledge of relevant technological aspects for this position. The ideal candidate should bring a mix of expertise in (a subset of) the following areas:

  • Identity and Access Management and Privileged Identity Management technologies and latest developments.
  • IAM organization level practices, translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements, and implementing relevant processes and operational models.
  • Identity Governance technologies and practices.
  • Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD operation and security.
  • IAM in Cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Zero Trust identity architecture and design.
  • Laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy. Cybersecurity and how it impacts privacy principles.

Additionally

  • STEM studies are highly desirable but might be traded-off for relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Cybersecurity Operations of mid-size to large high-tech and healthcare organizations as well as working in geographically distributed teams is highly valuable.
  • Relevant Industry Certifications such as SANS/GIAC (e.g. GCIA, GCIH, GNFA, GCFA), CompTIA Security+ CISSP, CISA, CISM as well as vendor-related certifications (e.g. MCSE, AZ-500) are desirable.
  • Expected time travelling abroad 0-25%.

  • Advanced English and Communication skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
