As a Modelling Specialist,you will be a part of our small team of actuarial analysts who dig deep into various life insurance cashflow models to make sure they are "healthy".

Every model goes through series of procedures so we can diagnose it properly:
  • First, we explore its "medical history" - speaking to people who built and run the model trying to understand its background and business specifics of a particular geographic region.
  • Then we perform "physical examination" looking in detail on model's mathematical implementation in actuarial software, making sure it is designed inline with standard methodology.
  • We also check "life-style" of a model - e.g if it is diet consists of high quality data and if it lives in properly governed environment.
  • We report our findings, discuss them with model owners and continually monitor their resolutions.
  • At last, but not least, you can also contribute to design and development of our own actuarial software, made in python.Yes, you are reading it correctly, we are building our own "Prophet".
