We are looking for a diligent candidate to ensure machine functionality through autonomous/preventive maintenance, monitor unit maintenance indicators, and manage spare parts inventory.


​Key Responsibilities:

• Perform breakdown analyses, define action's to prevent breakdown and
follow action
• Apply autonomous and professional maintenance to ensure basic condition of
machines
• Monitor and secure professional maintenance optimization
• Participation and driving projects to improve condition of machines
• Participation on new projects
• Daily breakdown analyses, definition of priorities - with supervision of
Maintenance Shop Coordinator
• Daily technical support during serious breakdown's - problem escalation and
secure external support
• Develop professional maintenance and perform continues improvement
• Collaborate with other department's on project's to improve quality and
productivity of production lines

Generally required knowledge:
We are looking for an individual with strong technical and analytical skills.

Must have report writing skills, a quick technical grasp, an understanding of the value of monitoring activities, an eye for detail, a drive for continuous improvement, and a passion for technology.

In this position we particularly appreciate:

• ​Technical knowledge in electrics, mechanics, automation,
• Knowledge in maintenance organisation, processes, structure, indicator
• Good knowledge of data analyses and presentation
• Automotive standards
• Sense for details and interest for permanent improvement
• SAP - an advantage
Employee requirements
Minimum required education:
stredoškolské s maturitou
Language skills:
Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
