Náplň práce: Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated software tester to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge predictive maintenance software product. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds to gather test requirements, define test cases, execute tests, document bugs, prepare reports and ensure the successful delivery of the software solution in pre-defined quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Cooperate with other teams to understand full end-to-end use-cases to meet cross-functional requirements of products.
• Define, inform, and educate the team on best practices for test-driven development, automated testing methodologies, development workflow improvements, continuous integration/deployment, and release management.
• Review user stories and evaluate their acceptance criteria.
• Create test strategies, test approaches, test plans, test scenarios, test cases and automated test scripts for new or changed software.
• Implement software tests, using either manual or automated approaches, as well as exploratory testing.
• Run diverse sets of tests on new or changed software products to ensure they satisfy all specifications and requirements and evaluate results.
• Support business/end users during the UAT.
• Provide feedback to team members and stakeholders regarding usability and functionality and provide understandable test reports.
• Write detailed, high quality defect reports for any issues encountered during testing activities.
• Identify test process improvements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies (min. 2 year experience)
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Working knowledge of script languages programming.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• at least 2 years of experience as a tester, working in the field of automated tests, experience with at least one tool designed for test automation
Optional
• Experience using tools Cypress, Sellenium, Javascript, React
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance concepts and technologies is a plus.
