We are seeking a highly motivated Business/IT Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge predictive maintenance software product. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of the software solution. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in risk assessment, documentation, and validation of the software product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and software development methodologies, along with domain knowledge in predictive maintenance or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements for predictive maintenance software.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges in software development
• Create comprehensive documentation including UML diagrams , functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Validate software functionality through testing and user feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in predictive maintenance technology.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business/IT Analyst or similar role (min. 1 year experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance concepts and technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
