Náplň práce, informácie o pracovnom mieste
Your main responsibility will be:
Ensure efficient and timely execution of the approved user needs (released Purchase Requisitions) into Purchase Orders for assigned goods/materials and services.
Timely follow up on deliveries of ordered goods and services and perform all related procurement logistics.
Comply with the defined sourcing strategies and contracts; perform price benchmarking and negotiations with suppliers for the assigned goods and services without defined sourcing strategies and contracts.
Continuously improve procurement services rendered to internal customers.
Perform prequalification & evaluation of supplier performance.
Ensuring tenders.
Place of work:Cement Plant, Rohožník with business travels to Kysak.

From 2000€ Base Salary + 25% Maximum Reachable Annual Variable bonus + 13th Salary (Base salary is MINIMUM possible - will be set based on applicant´s experience)

High level orientation on internal clients
Deep understanding of Procure to pay process
MS Office - user
SAP, SRM, ARIBA, Power BI - advantage,
