The purpose of the position will be to support the Capex team of Rohožník plant on the project engineering and execution part, e.g. defining the suitable engineering solutions to satisfy the objective of the project, coordination between contractors and managing project execution on field.
The key responsibilities of chosen candidate will be as following:
Preparation of investment projects in Rohožník plant together with plant team.
Project management during implementation/ realization of these projects.
With site/plant management identify the need for CAPEX (investments): Train and help the site teams to establish documentation, fully hands on in feasibility studies and especially ownership in procurement part and execution of most significant ones.
CAPEX (investment projects) project cost and realization (schedule) plan preparation and control of spendings and project milestones achievement.
Collect improvement projects requirements from internal stakeholders in the cement plant.
Guarantee OH&S and environmental standards of the company in the project.
Preparation of contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

basic salary 2100€ + 15 % annual bonus 13. salary

Certified Project Manager -advantage
Certification according to regulation 508/2009 §21 - advantage
Knowledge of local legislative related to CAPEX (investment projects) projects execution
English language - B2 communicative level
Slovak language is a must!
