To support the finance headquarters in Trnava we are looking for a committed part-time professional who is eager to contribute with passion and expertise to efficient office operations.

- Preparation of presentations & management of documents
- General administrative tasks (management of incoming mail)
- Archive management and organisation of documents
- Appointment management, guest reception and support
- Administration and processing of official applications and documents via the slovensko.sk portal
- Fleet management
- Organisation of company events, business trips and training programs & ensuring smooth office operations
- Administrative support in human resources, including support in the recruitment process
