To ensure competent and reliable customer service as well as further market development, we are filling a leadership position in sales - a Head of Sales for (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Management: You will support the establishment of a new business division with the goal of expanding sales sustainably in Slovakia.
- Expansion of Product Portfolio: You will bring new products to the construction machinery division and explore new fields of implementation.
- Collaboration with Product Management: To successfully shape the product portfolio, you will maintain close communication with both the in-house technical product management team and the manufacturer.
- Customer Service and Client Acquisition: You will assist the sales team in managing and expanding the customer base, conducting market analysis, and represent the company with expertise and dedication.
- Establish management structures to enable achieving market share and revenue targets
- Team Leadership and Coordination: You will lead the field sales and service team, coordinate customer inquiries, and work closely with the parent company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
