Who are we looking for?
McDonald's Slovakia is seeking an experienced Internal Trainer who is passionate about developing people and enabling performance. The successful candidate will bring strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support learners across different roles and seniority levels.
We are looking for a professional who is well‑organized, impact‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality learning experiences. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in helping others grow and succeed.
What we expect?
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Proactive, positive, and well‑organized approach, with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in English (written and spoken, at least B2 level)
Experience in Learning & Development at least 3 years, especially in soft skills development
Ability to facilitate programs in line with internal curriculum as well as the ability to design and deliver customized trainings
Interest in working closely with restaurant operations
MS Windows and MS Office - advanced user skills
Flexibility within Slovakia, occasional business trips to the Czech Republic
Knowledge of McDonald's restaurant operations may be an advantage
What will be your job description?
Facilitate internal training programs on topics such as customer service, leadership, and communication (for both restaurants and office)
Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders (including international teams) on training content design and development
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using diverse delivery methods, fostering active participation and a safe, supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback
Produce, modify, or localize training materials based on needs
Provide coaching and support to individuals seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers
Participate in cross-functional projects on other topics with L&D involvement
