Informácie o pracovnom mieste
As part of the product industrialization process, the CAD Designer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Define and design products (cutting of parts based on 2D or 3D data)
Develop and update technical production files, including:
Drawings related to the production process (e.g. nesting, ANG, SPE, etc.)
Detailed operation ranges (FOD) and Bills of Materials (sequence, materials, references, quantities, target times, etc.)
Other files and documents required for inspection, identification, and packaging
Machine files and identification within operator documentation
Customer drawings (assembly drawings, manuals, BOMs, etc.)
Design tooling (fixtures, templates, and specific tools), and:
Manufacture them internally or coordinate subcontracting
Validate and fine-tune their implementation
Train operators on defined production processes, including:
Project context (customer applications, material functions, etc.)
Clarification of FOD
Packaging principles
Contribute to the definition and qualification of manufacturing processes (e.g. validation tests on cutting machines)
Participate in contract reviews and project reviews

In parallel, the role also involves contributing to technical and organizational improvements to optimize workflows and processes:

Improve documentation (drawings, FOD, etc.)
Enhance industrialization processes (data management, self-inspection, nesting, identification, production documentation, etc.)
Improve workstation ergonomics
Optimize production processes (cycle times, material waste, operator error risks, clarity of instructions, etc.)
Perform cost calculations to validate process changes
Collect missing technical data from customers and exchange on technical topics

Fully completed and validated technical production files, ready for production use

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

Required profile:
 6-8 years of SolidWorks experience (mandatory)
 Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
 Good understanding of manufacturing processes
 Meticulous, self-motivated and solution-oriented
 Languages: English required / French highly desirable
