We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to join our company and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in quality management within the metal foundry industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Implementation of an Integrated Quality Management System: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Organizing Internal and External Quality Audits: Plan and conduct audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
Maintaining and Updating Company Documentation: Regularly update management documentation to meet current standards and requirements.
Implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions: Identify issues and propose solutions to improve quality.
Collaboration on Supplier Selection and Evaluation: Conduct supplier audits and evaluate the quality of supplied materials.
Organizing Quality Training: Train employees on current standards and quality requirements.
Handling Complaints: Manage customer and supplier complaints, prepare 9D reports, and propose corrective measures.
Defining Quality Objectives: Set and monitor goals to improve product and process quality.
Technical Equipment Supervision: Regularly inspect and maintain technical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintaining Contact with Certification Bodies: Prepare for certifications and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Support Across Departments: Assist all departments in creating and implementing quality management processes.
Environmental Responsibility: Manage waste disposal, ensure proper handling of chemicals, and minimize emissions.
