The Virtual training platform administrator APS is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ANDRITZ Production System digital learning platform. The platform administrator will be expected to maintain a safe and secure environment to allow any ANDRITZ employee to learn online effectively and efficiently.
Design, implement and maintain the Virtual training platform administrator APS (e-learning, webinars, audio, video, simulation games/exercises, promotional banners, graphic designs, etc.)
Perform the 3D capturing of all our manufacturing locations (incl. content tagging)
Establish best practices and recommend changes to ensure an optimal learning environment
Monitor the latest technologies and tools related to virtual trainings
Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, troubleshoot technical issues and training platform components, and ensure platform stability
Configure, install, deploy, and maintain any software, applications, and technologies needed for the platform
Monitor user access and provide resources and training materials as necessary
Develop training material together with the oneAPS coaching team, to ensure effective delivery of content
Support learners in the use of the platform, providing troubleshooting assistance and responding to inquiries
Develop reports, analytics and performance measures for the different programs and track student progress
Collect user feedback and other relevant metrics and make necessary improvements
Maintain records, update database and document various procedures and tasks related to virtual training platform
Collaborate with Group IT, suppliers, contractors, and other third parties related to the virtual training platform

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web/Graphic Design or related field
Experience in technology, e-learning platforms, and virtual training program management (Desirable)
Knowledge of industry standards and web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual training and e-learning
Familiarity with programming and web technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines
Fluent in English language (verbal and written), German (is a plus)
