Job description, responsibilities and duties

•	Gathering requirements and performing gap analysis 

•	Analytical, design and programming solutions proposals

•	Writing documentation in terms of requirements and knowledge gained

•	Creating and maintaining online trainings 

•	Creating and maintaining handbooks for different types of products 

•	Analysis of various product functionalities in terms of customer requirements 

•	Design of new templates and forms for internal and external use 

•	Actively support / document customer issues. 

•	CR (change request) documentation

•	Test scenarios. 

•	Possible trainings (internal). 

•	Presales support.
