-	Responsible for finance, accounting, treasury and taxes

-	Reporting under IFRS a local accounting standards

-	Set up budget & business plan and achieve them by cost controlling

-	Team management (Recrutiment, development and evaluation of team members)

-	Support new business awarding and program approval with cost analysis and feasibility study

-	Internal and external audit compliance and coordination

-	Cooperation with headquarter, finance institutions and external advisors

-	Coordination, meetings and cooperation with other departments to meet tasks

-	Lead or participate in improvement projects
