Náplň (druh) práce

You will provide full Executive and Administrative support to owner of the company. This role requires 24/7 Executive support and assistance.
The major areas directed are:

• Reporting assistance (information and reports gathering and timely providing of it to the Executive Office for further processing)
• Internal communications management between company owner and other employees and departments within Insignia Group of Companies
• Liaising with external organizations and business partners to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
• Coordinating business appointments and conference calls
• Providing information support
• Preparation and editing of documents, presentations
• Preparation and editing of lists for surveys and client calls in correlation with Director schedule, calling clients and meeting arranging
• Processing of feedback from clients, sharing received information as appropriate
• Sending reminders to company owner before calls and other scheduled events
• Preparation of agendas/schedules/meeting summaries
• Occasional travel with company owner to international meetings when appropriate
• Overseeing quarterly report compilation and other reports compilation as per Management request.
